Yes, multiple phones can be paired, but only one phone can connect at a time. If another driver used the adapter last, you may need to manually reconnect your phone from the Bluetooth or CarPlay settings.

Wireless CarPlay uses Bluetooth to start the connection and Wi-Fi to maintain the data transfer. A short connection delay is normal when starting the car.

This may happen if your iPhone routes audio to another Bluetooth device or audio output. Try switching the audio output back to CarPlay, restarting the car system, or reconnecting the adapter.
